Our client base is comprised largely of appraisal districts and their member jurisdictions, including cities, counties, and school districts in the State of Texas. The team brings together a broad range of academic disciplines and has years of expertise unsurpassed in the appraisal industry.

Created in 1982 by joining the forces of Latham & Stults, Inc. (1948) with Truett F. Pritchard & Associates (1972), Capitol Appraisal Group, Inc. is recognized for developing the most exceptional pool of talent available in our industry to date. The company became a limited liability corporation January 1, 2010.
